Brought my 3 ps5 controls in with drift stick, Great service, very understanding of what repairs was needed, gave us options of magnetic and standard, opted for the magnetic as it was the better and longer lasting option, controls work fantastic and great follow up. I took my sons PS4 in, to see if it was salvageable during December. They where friendly, helpful and very professional. They put in a new Terrabite motherboard and gave me the corrupted one back at a surprisingly "affordable" price. It was such a relief to send it to a shop, pay and they fixed it within 2 days and checked in, to see that all is working well.
